Will you believe that my kids RARELY do the dishes? Lars and Jenna like to. It's STILL fun for them. This might be Lindsey's second or 3rd time doing the dishes... Mostly, it's me. I HATE the mess they make while doing the dishes.. But with life so crazy lately, I'm thinkin dishes might become a new nightly chore.

Grandpa's chicken coup. The kids are SO excited about grandpas coup. It's just about finished. I think last I heard, it just needs to be painted and chickens need to be purchased. My kids are so excited to pick out the hens, collect eggs and clean up poop. (Or so they say)

While cleaning up the boys room today. I found these cards tucked behind their fish tank. It warmed my heart to see that they were little notes from their big sister. Just saying how much she loves them. I've noticed that she's been trying really hard to be helpful and gosh darn it, I just LOVE her to pieces.

I'm finding it pretty easy to take pictures everyday. The hard part is deciding which picture to use for my photo a day project. All my extra photos will be placed in my monthly galleries. Today was baby elly's baby shower. This is the gift from me. It was 2 hand crocheted beanies (NOT made by me. LOL) I didn't take any photos at the shower, except one of Jenna holiday Elly. Which WAS very cute btw.

Usually, doing homework with this guy is a struggle. But I've vowed to NOT make it like that this year. I've found that if I give him my undivided attention. Homework is awesome. Fun even. The one on one time with him is something I look forward to everyday now.

I voted today. Nothing major. I'm just proud to be an American and like knowing that my voice can be heard. These are also the forms I've picked up so I can change my address and no longer have to go clear down to the valley to vote.....

Right in front of our house is lots of construction. They are working on the water line. I think. There is a huge hole in the street and the boys had fun on the huge mud pile. It looks like hopefully things are nearing the end and I will once again be able to drive out of my driveway. Also, it's been raining and snowing......and I think it made for an awesome photo... Oh AND it was trash day...
now i'm OFF to find a photo for TODAY!!!!
